William P. Stump, CPP

Mr. Stump has spent more than 40 years in the security field and is a highly sought after speaker and seminar leader to numerous security industry groups and a recognized expert in the field of educational security issues. Stump was twice asked by the White House to coordinate security for the Presidential Inaugurations in 1985 and 1989, and served on the Presidents Task Force on Security Standards and Goals. As the former Vice-President of Burns International Security Consulting Services, Stump has performed more than 200 paid studies of school (K-12) and university security issues.

Stump was awarded the prestigious Distinguished Alumni Award from John Jay College, alongside Dr. Henry Lee, of the Connecticut Crime Laboratory and has achieved the Certified Protection Professional from the American Society of Industry Security, the industry's highest honor. As a consultant, Stump has trained more than 5,000 security personnel including the security staff at numerous school districts in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York State.

James J. Flick

Jim Flick is among the leading experts in emergency management planning in the United States. After a stellar career in law enforcement, where Mr. Flick served as Chief of Police in Rye, New York, Jim has held several of the top security positions in the country. He has served as the Director of Corporate Security for Goldman Sachs & Co. the leading financial firm on Wall Street and as Director of Corporate Security for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Company where he was responsible for emergency planning for several hundred facilities throughout the United States. A graduate of the prestigious FBI Academy, Mr. Flick has been awarded numerous industry awards.

Raymond Kiernan

Raymond (Doc) Kiernan has spent 45 years in the fire service with the City of New Rochelle, New York, 26 as Chief of the Department. Mr. Kiernan is a nationally recognized expert on the fire and safety related issues and has testified before the United States Congress on several occasions. Mr. Kiernan serves as a consultant to numerous municipalities on issues of safety, fire service, and emergency planning. He has a past President of the New York State Professional Fire Chiefs Association and has been affiliated with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) for many years.

Emilio Rosario

Emilio Rosario

After his decorated career with the New York City Police Department, Emilio began his second career in the security field. For more than ten years Emilio served as Director of School Safety for the Mount Vernon City School District where he directed all security operations for this large suburban school district of approximately fifteen schools with 10,000 students. Mr. Rosario supervised a security force of some one hundred and thirty civil service school safety officers.

Mr. Rosario implemented many modern security features and was often called upon by other districts for his expertise on matters of school safety and security.

While a police officer Mr. Rosario was assigned to youth and gang units in the Washington Heights and Harlem precincts. He has worked with numerous community groups advocating for safe schools. Mr. Rosario is a frequent speaker on school security subjects.
